I'm so down with my klezmer reparation dough that I'm learning it on my tenor sax just so I feel I can double as a witness during the litigation. I couldn't help but notice your picture places you in front of a tzimbl... ideas on good books to pick up?
Heh. That picture of me "playing" a tsimbl is faker than the klezmer reparations check I just tried to cash. Indeed, I cannot help you if you are interested in learning tsimbl. I CAN tell you that two of my friends, and wonderful jewish tsimbl players, will be playing at John Zorn's new club, the Stone, in February. Keep your eye on the Stone calendar if you want to see some tsmoking tsimbling in person.
